We can divide our production into several product lines, primarily interior and exterior parts for the automotive industry (buses, passenger vehicles, lorries, motorcycles) and inner and outer components for the rail sector (train units and trams). Furthermore, we produce structural components for agricultural machinery and the ship industry.

We are the only company that can offer you the production of your product using various types of production technology of parts based on polyester, vinylester or epoxy fibreglass. Moreover, we offer the technology of vacuum moulding thermoplastics or the production of parts based on prepreg materials with a specific sandwich type or combination thereof.

Prepreg technology

Prepreg technology uses preimpregnated materials, which consist of matrix (resin) and glass reinforcement. Greater precision of the production process, low volumetric weight and excellent mechanical properties of the product are among the many advantages of prepreg technology.

Vacuum forming themoplastics

An affordable method for the heat processing of thermoplastics. Using the latest technology, we heat thermoplastics at temperatures required for moulding and after removing the plates we work the parts using vacuum.

Sandwich panels

Sandwich panels are charakterized by high solidity keeping the requirement of low weight. Because of their unique characteristics they are used in car, aerial and railway industry.

Production of fibreglass components

Fibreglass offers a wide range of advantageous features such as low weight, excellent formability, non-corrodibility as well as favourable FST properties (flame retardant). Therefore, it is primarily used in the transportation industry (cars, trains, transportation vehicles).
