Painting of components

We provide the service of painting parts as required by the specified painting system, or we can recommend an optimal solution and arrange it. The annual capacity of the paint shop is approximately 10,000 m² of painted surfaces of products.

The paint shop includes a separate stock of paints and painting supplies.

Painting with liquid paints based on epoxy, polyurethane, acrylic materials etc. is carried out in the painting booth with inner dimensions of 6500x5000x2750 mm and with an upper supply of clean, heated and prefiltered air. The outlet of the polluted air is ensured by floor suction. Painted parts can be dried either in the painting booth or in the adjacent drying cabin that is 4700x400x2750 mm in size under temperatures in accordance with technological regulations, thus approx. 30-80 C°.

Surface preparation of parts by grinding, puttying, and bonding is carried out in the grinding booth with inner dimension of 4100x3500x2750 mm with an outdoor silo filter for capturing dust particles. The grinding booth is operated under a slight negative pressure to ensure quality of the paint shop premises. Paints are mixed in the separate mixing room.
