Production of models and moulds

On the basis of drawings in 2-D or 3-D format, or from a received sample we can create a model using manual technology or CNC machining. We use the programs TEBOS and SolidWorks and work with formats *.step, *.igs, *.dwg, *.dxf, *.prt, *.sldprt and others.

The production of models generally takes 2-4 weeks. Modification of an existing product into a model shortens the period to about half. Once the model is completed, the production moulds are made within 2-4 weeks. We can provide manufacturing tools for models and moulds for all types of technology we use, or for external customers.
